I had an incredible cup of Creamy Tomato & Basil Bisque today at the Muddy Cup in Downtown Schenectady (inside Proctors). Wendalicious!

My next door neighbor Mark Graham is a chef - and a damn good one at that. He just recently became head chef at a little restaurant called Mezza Notte Ristorante in Guilderland. Steve Barnes mentioned him in a recent Table Hopping blog post, and the comments have been great.

Bob and I have been watching the HBO series “John Adams”. It’s superb. Stars Paul Giammatti as John Adams - he’s amazing. It’s hard to believe this guy started his career playing a character called “Pig Vomit” in Howard Stern’s movie “Private Parts”.
